🔍 Types of C7 Visa: What’s the Difference Between C7A and C7B?

The C7 visa for performing in Indonesia is divided into two categories based on your role:

  • C7A Visa is intended for the main performers, such as singers, musicians, DJs, dancers, or any other artist who will be appearing on stage or in front of an audience. If you're the star of the show or directly involved in the performance, this is the visa for you.

  • C7B Visa is meant for the supporting crew—including sound engineers, lighting staff, stage managers, backup players, personal assistants, and anyone working behind the scenes to support the performance. This visa ensures that your team can legally enter and work during the event.

📝 Requirements

To apply for a C7 Visa, you'll need:

  1. Sponsorship Letter from an Indonesian entity (e.g. promoter, EO, label)

  2. Passport valid for at least 6 months

  3. Event permit, if needed (police or local cultural/tourism office)

  4. Visa application form
